08 / THE DETAILS
Your standards guide the next response.
Good judgment is visible in the next question. Circuit carries your customer-care standards into conversations that adapt as the homeowner’s situation becomes clearer.
Use known context. Follow the answer. Keep the result consistent.
Your best practices belong in every conversation
Your playbook holds the details that make your service consistent. Circuit follows your playbook every time, carrying the important questions and care standards into each conversation without forgetting a step.
Ask the question that fits the answer
For a new customer, equipment age and prior repairs provide useful context. If the same issue was repaired before, Circuit asks how long the improvement lasted. If it has not been repaired, it asks when the problem began. A few days of relief calls for a different investigation than several trouble-free months.
Build on the history already available
An existing equipment record or past assessment informs what Circuit asks next. Known information does not become another question for the homeowner. Missing information gets clarified before it becomes part of the visit brief.
Include education where it helps
When an older system has recurring trouble after a short-lived repair, Circuit introduces a repair-versus-replacement comparison thoughtfully. On a newer system, checking applicable warranty coverage may be more useful. Age adds context; it does not decide the recommendation by itself.
Give your whole team a consistent handoff
The result is the appropriate visit, the details needed to prepare, and a homeowner who understands what happens next. Your standards carry through from the first reply to the technician’s arrival.
